Learn more about the North Carolinian duo… The 6-foot-6 Council IV is a Durham, North Carolina native. He played college basketball at Wichita State (2020-22) and Arkansas (2022-23). Council IV was the leading scorer and averaged 16.1 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 34.1 minutes per game for an Arkansas team that reached the 2023 Sweet 16, where they fell to eventual national champion UConn.
